By accessing the mgbd website at mgbd.bet, creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet through the mgbd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the mgbd platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device used to access the platform, whether that is a desktop browser, a mobile browser on Android or iOS, or any other internet-enabled device. The terms apply equally to all sections of the mgbd platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots and fishing games.

mgbd reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document or communication from mgbd — including promotional emails, in-platform messages, or bonus offer notifications — these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless a specific written exception has been granted by mgbd in writing.

Access to and use of the mgbd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. mgbd strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, organisation or commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of mgbd or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from any section of the mgbd platform, unless a formal reinstatement procedure has been completed in full.
• Your use of the mgbd platform does not violate any law, regulation or rule applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your location before registering an account.

mgbd may at any time request documentation to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport or other government-issued identification showing your date of birth. mgbd reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold pending withdrawals until age and identity verification is complete and satisfactory.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of features on the mgbd platform, including deposits, withdrawals and wager placement, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the mgbd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a Bangladesh mobile number. This information must match the details associated with the payment methods you intend to use on the platform. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mgbd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mgbd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

mgbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. When 2FA is active, a verification code is sent to your registered Bangladesh mobile number each time a login attempt is made from an unrecognised device. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the mgbd support team immediately at [email protected]. mgbd may temporarily lock the account pending an investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

mgbd may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mgbd may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mgbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions must be conducted through a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered in a name other than the account holder's name — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and transaction reversal.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on mgbd is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by mgbd, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your mgbd account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant financial institution.

mgbd does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside mgbd's control. You are responsible for checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the mgbd payments team during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business operations. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

mgbd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. mgbd does not transfer winnings to a payment method that was not used for a deposit on the account.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings and transactions on the mgbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. mgbd does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits are received and all withdrawals are issued in BDT.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

mgbd offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to the mechanics of that promotion; all other provisions of these terms continue to apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total wagers of ৳20,000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule, slot games contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Fishing games contribute at the rate stated in the individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially complete wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional mechanics — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. mgbd reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate all associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified, and to permanently close the accounts involved.

5.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, you may not place individual bets or stakes exceeding ৳500 per round or spin using bonus funds. Bets placed above the maximum limit during active bonus play may be voided and the bonus may be cancelled without compensation.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the mgbd platform — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming, live casino content from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and fishing game titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics supplied by the respective game providers. mgbd does not alter, influence or interfere with the outcomes of any game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edges are set by the game providers in accordance with their standard configurations.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on mgbd, including cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by individual market rules published at the point of market creation. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply. mgbd's trading team reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet or amend any odds where it determines that there has been a pricing error, suspicious betting activity or a material change in match conditions.

6.3 Errors and Technical Failures

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or communication failure during gameplay — including disconnection from a live dealer table, a slot spin result that cannot be confirmed, or a sports bet whose status cannot be determined — mgbd will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution based on available system data. mgbd's decision in such matters is final. No wager voided due to a technical error will result in any liability on the part of mgbd beyond the return of the original stake.

Any winnings generated as a result of a game error, mis-priced market or software malfunction are not valid and will be reversed. mgbd reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts and to recover funds credited to a player's account as a result of such errors.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mgbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating or using more than one player account on mgbd, whether under your own identity or a different identity.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including falsified identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, browser automation extensions or any other software designed to interact with the mgbd platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer formats such as fishing games or live casino tables.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or credits to another player account to transfer value in a manner that circumvents mgbd's payment and bonus policies.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your mgbd account and used for wagers.
• Money laundering: Using the mgbd platform in any manner intended to conceal the origin of funds, structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or otherwise engage in financial crime.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch or vulnerability in the mgbd platform or its games to gain an unfair advantage or accumulate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.

8.1 Closure by mgbd

mgbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, a failure to complete required KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other circumstance that mgbd determines warrants account action. Where an account is closed for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your mgbd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal terms. Once an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from the mgbd platform. Self-exclusion is a voluntary measure that prevents the player from accessing their mgbd account for a specified period (minimum 30 days, maximum 5 years) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated at the player's request before the exclusion period expires. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. mgbd may charge a monthly administration fee of ৳100 against the balance of a dormant account. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, mgbd's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service or technical failures — is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. mgbd is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.

mgbd operates as an online entertainment platform. Players acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are an inherent part of gambling. mgbd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available, and shall not be held liable for any service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
